Throughout Nikki’s assessment on Both Lucy’s and Betty's behaviour she had excellent observation skills and we all found it very helpful to understand what our dogs were actually trying to tell us with their misbehaviours. The thing I found most helpful and fascinating was that Nikki advised us to ensure both dogs saw me as the female leader of the pack and taught me how to assert my self with easy body language techniques and signals. We noticed a change in both dogs behaviour immediately and could see them calm down instantly with Nikki’s leadership skills. Nikki has helped me gain confidence when walking both dogs on the lead and showed us all how to walk a dog correctly.

Overall we would sum up Nikkis visit as a REVELATION and would most certainly recommend anyone who owns a dog to have a visit off Nikki as she really does know her stuff about dogs.
