Frank and Bella both responded brilliantly to the new raw diet suggestions Nikki made! It takes a little time with the diet but that is to be expected seeing as they are used to tinned dog food and dry biscuit! They have responded really well to their new behaviour modification programme too and have calmed down dramatically. They are like two different dogs but look exactly the same!!! Its incredible!!!!

"We both felt unable to cope with our dogs problem behaviour and had got to the point where we were considering give our dogs up! After searching the Internet for help we came across Nikki and called her and she responded immediately and came all the way to help us out. Our first impressions of Nikki when she arrived was she came across as friendly, professional and instilled confidence in us immediately! Nikki is easy to talk to, approachable and does not make you feel silly when training and trying to understand your dogs. I find this important as you have practice the techniques yourself which some people can find hard to do in front of others. That is not the case with Nikki and she will make you feel at ease straight away.

We felt comfortable and relieved that Nikki had arrived! Finally we were taking action and doing what was necessary to ensure we have happy dogs to share our home with.

Being balanced pack leaders is essential and during the visit we could clearly see how this was going to benefit us. After the visit we were even more excited and could not wait to put what we had been taught to the test!

We found the advice Nikki gave to us easy to implement but you HAVE to have patience and the most important rule is NOT to give up!!! Keep going, you WILL see the results!

The most important lesson we learnt was that shouting, getting annoyed and being intolerant with your dogs will get you absolutely no where! Its imperative that you be patient and give yourself and your dogs time to adjust to the new way of communicating. We also learnt alot about a dogs diet and what is best to feed them which encourages better behavior.

Both Frank & Bella responded to Nikki like they had known her for years. Our dogs actually took more notice of Nikki until we were taught how to be better pack leaders.

Both of us have found Nikki's after care and service to be second to none! Nikki said she will be at the end of the phone for the life of the dogs! Its true, Nikki responds to each and every call and each and every text! No question is too small and Nikki will go out of her way to ensure you receive as much help, advice and support as possible! Nikki visited us around 6-8 wks ago and since then I have contacted her 10 times or more and every time I have received a response. I know this will continue until the day comes that our dogs are no longer with us.

The whole situation was totally essential in our house. Without Nikki's help we probably would have found someone else to care for the dogs and quite frankly, would have lived to regret it! Nikki has given us the correct tools to ensure WE are their pack leaders and we are in control of what happens in our household. Gone are the days when the dogs try to take over! I can seriously say that you cannot put a value on having happy balanced dogs and the fee itself for the service we received and continue to receive is more than reasonable! I would do it all over again if I had but seeing as Nikki taught us so well, only 1 visit from Nikki will ever be needed!
